Keystone would like to announce an expansion in manufacturing capacity and introduce a green and blue addition to its popular line of surfactant based non-VOC pigment dispersions specifically formulated for the demanding water-borne wood & concrete industries.  Keystone NeroTint products are aqueous, Non-VOC, high-performance pigment dispersions for wood and concrete coatings.  The NeroTint line has been engineered to provide excellent transparency, high gloss, and uniform color in both spray and wiping applications.  These products are formulated with high-performance pigments, milled to very fine standards for ease of penetration, and are exceptionally clean and transparent, as well as very miscible in water or acetone containing systems.  NeroTints are formulated to also provide exceptional transparency plus have been QUV lab tested past 3,000 hours with good results (Testing in your own systems is needed to verify your own results).

Keystone at the 2012 Chinaplas Plastics Show

Keystone and Keystone’s Asian team exhibited for the first time at the 2012 Chinaplas Plastics and Rubber trade show in Shanghai.  Chinaplas is the world’s second largest plastics and rubber trade show attracting over 30,000 people per day over the four days of the show.  Keystone representatives from China, Singapore, Vietnam, and the United States attended the show discussing Keystone’s KeyplastTM line of dyes and pigments for masterbatch, resins, and polymers and fibers with visitors from Asia and around the world.  Participating at the 2012 Chinaplas was a key component of Keystone’s on-going global marketing campaign providing technical application and logistics support to customers worldwide.

Keystone Europe & Garvson AB Agreement

Keystone Europe is proud to announce an agreement that was made effective February 1, 2012  with Garvson AB  to be the exclusive  Sales Agent  for Keystone in the region of Scandanavia;
Garvson AB are a privately held company based in Billdal, Sweden under the guidance of the owner Claes Arfvedsson.  Garson AB  have long  been involved  in the Plastics, Coatings, and Ink markets and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the new partnership. 

Keystone is please to have the opportunity to work with Garvson AB in expanding Keystone’s market share in these market areas.

Keystone has developed the highly unique Keyplast™ Yellow F; Solvent Yellow 104 chemistry for use in high heat engineering polymers.  This dye will perform extremely well in Polyamides, Polysulfones, PEEK, and other difficult to process engineering polymers.

Keystone has expanded the capacity of Keyplast Fluorescent Red G in response to higher market demand for the product as well as increased popularity for dyes that meet this unique, bright fluorescent red color space.

Compared to other competitive versions of Fluorescent Red G, Keyplast Fluorescent Red G will perform well in Styrene, ABS, PC , Acrylic, and PET.  It is also suitable for use in Nylon and other engineering polymers.

Adam Wilson joins Keystone as Business Manager, Agricultural Products

Keystone is pleased to announce that effective Monday November 21, 2011 Mr. Adam Wilson will be joining the company in the position of Business Manager, Agricultural Products.

Adam has many years of sales and market experience with all the major North American customers in the Seed Treating and Agricultural colorants business. He will be working not only to introduce and establish Keystone as a major supplier to this market, but will also be integrating and expanding Keystone’s current agricultural business to a broader marketplace.

As part of this new initiative and promotion into the mainstream marketplace of Seed Treatment Keystone will be introducing a new product line called Treating Solutions. Initially there will be three colorants and two polymer products as the core of the Keystone Treating Solutions product line. All of these products will be produced at Keystone’s Inman, SC production facility.

Keystone is the largest privately owned dye, pigment and colorant supplier in North America, providing colorant solutions to a broad industrial manufacturing customer base.
