John Andrews
Chief Executive/ Technical Officer, Co-Owner

John Andrews started working for Keystone in 1976 as a Laboratory Manager.  He was actively involved in laboratory and technical issues for over a dozen years before becoming more involved in technical sales and product management.  In 1988 John was made Sales Manager for Keystone and later promoted to President in 1996.

John has been a member of and active in several organizations including the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists where he served on several technical committees and was Vice President, Western Region.  Additionally, he has been a member of the American Chemical Society, the Society of Plastics Engineers and Vistage International.

As CEO, Andrew's responsibility is to help build the team and establish the vision and direction of the company.  This vision includes Keystone's aim to be a global, technical and application partner for our customers and to help guide them through the challenges associated with color use in varied applications.  As Chief Technical Officer, it is his mandate to ensure that Keystone has the capabilities to provide the best technical and application support possible.

George Andrews
President, Co-Owner

George joined his father's company in 1979 after graduating from the University of Denver where he studied Computer Science and Chemistry.  Over his time here his responsibilities and focus have been on IT Systems, Operations, Purchasing, and Quality Management.  George was born and raised in Chicago, is married, and has one son.

Sean Bostock
Managing Director, Keystone Europe Limited

Sean helped form Keystone Europe Limited on September 3rd, 1998 after 8 years as a partner to Keystone with Holliday Dyes & Chemicals.  He has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry initially with ICI Colours and Fine Chemicals in the Anthraquinone Intermediate Sales and Marketing before moving to Holliday Dyes & Chemicals as a Business Manager for Plastics including both sales as well as procurement of colours and intermediates.  Sean, as Managing Director of Keystone Europe, oversees Keystone's business with customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa through both direct sales and a network of regional agents and distributors.

Keystone Europe and Keystone in the US work closely together in the global sales and support coordination of many multinational and global customers ensuring they receive the technical and commercial help required.  With his procurement and logistics knowledge he also assists the supply chain logistics with Keystone to ensure customer order fulfilment.

Robert Horwath
Vice President - CFO

Bob Horwath joined Keystone in 1990.  Bob has over 35 years of experience in retail, manufacturing, and distribution industries at various levels of management.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.

As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Bob is responsible for the financial, accounting, and tax functions at Keystone.  In addition, he has the responsibility for the Human Resource function including employee benefit programs for Keystone.
 

Steve Maiolo
Vice President - Sales and Marketing

Steve Maiolo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing joined Keystone in December 1999.  He has over 30 years experience in the dye and colorant industry having worked for DyStar, Hoechst Celanese, and Atlantic Industries prior to joining Keystone.

As Vice President, Sales & Marketing Steve is responsible for Keystone's sales and marketing initiatives in the North America, Latin America, and Asia regions.  He also works closely with Keystone Europe coordinating programs in Europe especially with global and multinational customers and their requirements.

Steve is currently also heading the development and implementation of Keystone's new Global Marketing program focusing on bringing Keystone's successful model of product knowledge, application expertise, and global logistics capabilities to assist customers in growing their market share and adding value to their business models.

Charle Wilkinson
Vice President - Operations

 Charle Wilkinson joined Keystone in early 2010 as our Vice President of Operations.  He directs the overall coordination of Keystone's Global Supply Chain from sourcing and procurement through logistics, production, and customer order fulfillment.

Having come up through the ranks of the Entrepreneurial Advisory Services Group of Coopers & Lybrand LLC (later PwC) and then having served as a C Level officer in the Consulting and Distribution Industries, he brings a perspective and level of knowledge and experience that has been a vital contribution to Keystone's elevated global presence and customer focused capabilities.

Doug Koerner
Business Manager - Plastics

 Douglas Koerner is the Business Manager for Plastics and began at Keystone in 1995.  He has 25 years of experience in the colorants business, specializing in the coloring of plastics and polymers.  He was the Operations Manager of a masterbatch company for several years, and a customer of Keystone before joining the R&D laboratory team located in Chicago.  He assisted Keystone in setting up the plastics lab and assisting in developing the product portfolio before taking the Business Manager role in 1999.

With a diverse, international experience in the plastics color industry, Doug works with the Keystone sales force to provide expertise and comprehensive technically based application and business solutions.  His aim is to turn the challenges of utilizing color into opportunities and revenue for customers.

Dennis Senackerib
Business Manager - Industrial Color Compounds (ICC)

Dennis is the Business Manager for the Industrial Color Compounds Division of Keystone.  He graduated from Saint Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry.  He has 15+ years of experience in the color industry working in various positions including analytical chemistry, sales, and management.  The Industrial Color Compound Division works with customers in application and use of color in the market areas of lubricants, oils, soaps, detergents, and other industrial applications where color contributes to added value and branding.

Dennis is a member of the Industrial Lubricant Manufacturing Association (ILMA) and the Soaps and Detergents Association (SDA). 

Kane Henneke
Business Manager - Inks & Coatings

Kane Henneke, Business Manager for Inks & Coatings joined Keystone in December of 2010.  Kane has over 15 years experience in the paper, printing, and ink markets with 12 of those years dedicated to the inks & coatings industry.  His past work experience includes Handschy Inks & Coatings (now Sun Chemical), Cook Composites and Polymers, and then Ciba (now BASF) prior to joining Keystone.

Kane's responsibilities include product and marketing management in the US.  He also works closely on a global scale promoting corporate Keystone initiatives with sales representatives, commercial agents, affiliates, distributors, and suppliers.

Kane is currently in the process of optimizing product lines manufactured at Keystone's Inman, SC liquid production facility as well as managing our raw material streams and partners for the dispersions, dyes, and pigment product lines.  Moreover, Kane is continuing to focus on bringing Keystone's successful model of product knowledge, application expertise, and global logistics capabilities to grow Keystone's business while assisting our customers in growing their market share and adding value to all.

Adam Wilson
Business Manager - Agriculture

 Adam is the Business Manager for Keystone's Agricultural Division.  He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a BS Degree in Agricultural Business.  Adam has a lifetime of experience growing up on their family row crop and livestock farm in central Iowa.

For the past 10 years while employed at Becker Underwood Adam gained valuable experience in the business and technical/ application side of the seed enhancement business.  Adam assists customers with improving the appearance of their seed while also enhancing the physical properties of their treated seed.

Adam lives in rural Monroe, Iowa with his wife and three children.  He is also on the Board of Directors of the Iowa Seed Association.

Brian Foley
North America Sales Manager, Key Accounts Manager

Brian has over 30 years experience working in the colorant industry beginning with Sandoz, Morton International, Rohm and Haas, and Spectra Colors before joining Keystone in 2006.  Brian's current responsibilities include managing the North America Sales Team as well as identifying new business opportunities that match Keystone's technical, manufacturing, logistics, and overall supply chain core competencies.

Sergio Corrales
Latin America Sales Manager

Sergio graduated 1995 from ITESM (Monterrey, Mexico) with a Bachelors Degree in International Business and earned his MBA from Babson College of Wellesley, MA in 2002.  He has over 15 years of experience in international business, marketing and logistics, and 12+ years solely in the colorants industry, having worked with PYOSA, S.A. DE C.V. and Spectra Color Corps prior to joining Keystone in July of 2010.

As Sales Manager for Latin America, Sergio is responsible for coordinating the growth and development of our sales efforts in the area. He is also in charge of implementing and adapting our marketing initiatives, which include our New Global Marketing program, to the needs and nature of different countries where Keystone is present.  Sergio is also responsible for managing and developing our network of agents and distributors in Mexico, Central America, and South America. He is charged with the objective of bringing the vision of Keystone as a global partner to our customers, by providing them not only with high quality products, but also with our technical, application, and logistics expertise.
