Keystone is a leader in dyes and pigments for use in the leather industry.   From the wet end to finishing, Keystone supplies a full range of colorants in both liquid and powder form.  We offer all your colors for the following areas:

Keystone leather dye lines include:

  • Keystone leather sulfur dyes: Solubilized sulfur dyes for penetrating leathers requiring exceptional wash and light fastness properties.  Highly recommended for automotive leathers.
  • KeyacidTM dyes: Traditional acid dyes with generally good penetration properties. These dyes are tintorially very strong with good surface dyeing properties when pH is properly controlled.
  • LevolfastTM dyes: Pre-metal complex colors with good penetration and fastness properties along with excellent levelness.
  • Keystone leather pigment dyes: Unique and specially formulated by Keystone, these products offer the strength of dyes and leveling properties of pigments.  These colors are mainly used on all types of full grain leathers.  Additionally, they provide excellent coverage properties, and many tanneries are able to upgrade their selection on their blue stock.
  • KeyamineTM dyes:  Direct dyes with excellent surface coloration properties.
  • KeyazineTM dyes: Cationic basic dyes with outstanding strength and brilliant color properties available in both liquid and powder form.
  • NerosolTM dyes: Metal complex dyes in a high-strength liquid concentrate form compatible with water and solvent based systems.  NerosolTM dyes have outstanding lightfastness and level dyeing properties and can be used in both the wet end and finishing.
  • Keyfast SpiritTM dyes: Metal complex spirit and alcohol soluble dye powders with superior lightfastness for leather finishing.

Many of the above dyes are offered in both liquid and powder form.  Additionally, Keystone offers a variety of package sizes and specialty packaging including totes and bags.
