Keystone Aniline Corporation has entered into a distribution agreement with the Dow Advanced Materials Division of The Dow Chemical Company (“Dow”), to market and sell Dow’s line of AUTOMATE^TM and Fluorescent concentrated liquid solvent dyes in the United States and Canada.

"The AUTOMATE^TM brand has long been synonymous with quality and reliability," said John Andrews, Chief Executive Officer, Keystone Aniline. "The addition of this product line brings strategic expansion in the important specialty liquid solvent-based colorants segment."

"This relationship creates value for our customers by enhancing services such as color matching, special blending and custom packaging," Vogler added.

Effective May 1, 2009, Keystone Aniline began providing service and accepting orders from customers in the United States and Canada for AUTOMATE^TM brand and Fluorescent dye products.
