These products are high performance organic pigment based liquid dispersions formulated in vinyl resin systems. They have been designed to provide higher gloss and excellent transparency as with a pigment preparation product, but in a ready and easy to use dispersion form.  These ready to use liquid dispersions makes formulating much easier and saves time and energy in contrast to utilizing pigment preparations.
