Keystone is a leading supplier of Photochromic colorants to the vast and varied markets. We offer many types of security tags for use in polymers and plastics as well. Product Identity Fraud (PIF) is a general term encompassing alteration, counterfeiting, and diversion of raw materials and finished goods. One way to secure products against PIF is to include security marking and security tagging systems. Often these security systems are incorporated directly into the polymers, as valid systems for use in plastics and polymers.
Keystone is the exclusive North American distributor for the Reversacol photochromic dyes manufactured by Vivimed. Vivimed is a world leader in the development of innovative photochromic dyes under the Reversacol trade name. Photochromic dyes are currently used in security and brand protection in applications such as passports and ID's, banknotes, driving licences, lottery tickets, gaming cards, tax and postage stamps, admission tickets, vouchers, CD's, DVD's, games, blister foil, and cigarette cartons. When correctly formulated, the products colored with Reversacol dyes are colorless until exposed to sufficient UV or sunlight. The Keystone technical teams are experts in the application and formulation of these dyes and welcome any inquiries related to the use of photochromic dye.
